Characters PresentEdit

The episode begins with The Chief and his wife on a date in a boat in the kitchen sink. While The Chief is enjoying his date, his wife is getting seasick. As they are on their date, a freak windstorm blows The Chief onto the Kitchen floor, where he gets hit by a toolbox. The cause of this freak windstorm is none other than His Dishonor, The Mayor, who is controlling a fan.

At Action Headquarters, Thundergirl, The Flesh, and Meltman apologize to Stinky Diver for missing his party last night, hoping he didn't put too much work into it. Stinky denies all the hard work on his party. Meltman and Thundergirl make excuses, but The Flesh reveals the real reason they didn't go; Stinky's house is a toilet and smells like you-know-what. An offended Stinky tells the League he's never inviting them into his house again. At first, this sound is music to The Flesh, Thundergirl, and Meltman's ears. Suddenly, the Chief appears with his arm in a sling and a bandaged head. The League asks what happened to him, and he tells them he got injured form the latest freak windstorm, and if they don't do anything about it, millions could die. He asks Bill if there's anything he can do. As usual, there's nothing Bill can do. The Chief then tells the League that they can leave early today.

That night, Meltman's house, which is revealed to be a roach condo, is the first to suffer from the hurricane. The Mayor's fan pushes the roach condo into the washing machine, and the Mayor is satisfied with his evil plan; one member down, three to go.

With his house destroyed by the hurricane, Meltman decides to stay at The Flesh's house, which is revealed to be made of popsicle sticks. The Flesh is happy to let Meltman stay at his house until the hurricane passes, much to Meltman's relief. Unfortunately, as soon as the two go to bed, the hurricane destroys The Flesh's house and pushes The Flesh and Meltman into the garbage disposal.

At Thundergirl's house, which is revealed to be a dollhouse, Meltman feels like the storm is following him and The Flesh wherever they go. Thundergirl assures The Flesh and Meltman that her house was built to last. Unfortunately, just like Meltman and The Flesh's houses, Thundergirl's house gets destroyed by the hurricane. To add one injury to another, The Flesh, Thundergirl, and Meltman all get pushed off the table that held up Thundergirl's house and get squashed by it!

With no where else to go, the Action League go to Stinky Diver's house. They tell Stinky that the hurricane destroyed all of their houses, and beg for him to let them in. Stinky, still mad at them for saying his house smelled like you-know-what, refuses to let them in. Just then, the Mayor shows up with his fan, ready to blow the Action League away. He sets his fan to "MED", pushing the Action League off the toilet. The Narrator asks the viewers if the Mayor will succeed in his evil plan and if Stinky will be the only one to survive the hurricane, then tells the viewers to stay tuned for Part 2.

In the second act, The Flesh, Meltman, and Thundergirl hold onto the toilet's handle for dear life as the hurricane tries to push them away. They beg for Stinky to save them. Stinky asks them if they'll spend a weekend at his beach house if he saves them. At this point, the Action League is so desperate, they'll do anything for Stinky. Stinky fires a roped life preserver at them and pulls them into his house. He closes the lid as The Mayor sets his fan to "HIGH". However, despite the extra wind power, Stinky's house is too strong to blow away. The Mayor, determined to blow Stinky's house away, sets his fan to "TORNADO". Unfortunately for him, this causes the fan to malfunction, ripping him to shreds, and eventually dying down. After the storm dies down, The League thanks Stinky for saving them. Stinky tells them it was no trouble, and that they're gonna love his beach house.

Unfortunately for them, Stinky's beach house turns out to be a port-o-potty on the beach. The Flesh, Thundergirl, and Meltman are unable to stand its smell, especially when Stinky serves them dinner downstairs! The League screams for air as the episode ends.
