Mr.Petroleum is trying to destroy the The Empire State Building,and added his own words to the United States anthem was wrote by Francis Scott Key,but Sergeant McCorley looked at it and it was a fake plan,Mr.Petroleum's arm was cut,and Sergeant McCorley booked him and Sergeant McCorley tore his evil plan.

- Plasticine was his regular name,but accidently changed to Petroleum.
